Roofing Inspection

A thorough Roof Inspection begins on the ground, with a look at the roof from every side before anyone climbs a ladder, and this walk-around often explains stains seen inside the house. Every slope is examined for cracked, curled, missing or bruised shingles, with the findings marked and photographed, and the edges, where wind pulls hardest, get extra attention. Pipe boots, ridge vents and attic fans are inspected for cracks, rust and missing fasteners, and small problems found now are far easier to deal with than leaks later. An inspection that skips the attic misses half the evidence, and ventilation openings and ducts are checked for blockages.
